Childrens Swimming Lessons

Brinkburn Aquatics Swim School is taking bookings for our Summer Term 2026.

Membership (£6 per year) is required, and must be paid to gain access to the member store.

Swimming lessons are sold in term long blocks of 10 to 13 weeks. The upcoming term is around £85.80 for 30 minute classes, which works out at £7.80 per class for 11 weeks.

Please note spectators are not allowed. Refunds are available up until the Term start time only and will incur an administration charge. Please check our Terms and Conditions carefully.

Brinkburn Aquatics - Swim School

Brinkburn Swim School has taught thousands of children to swim and continues to thrive as a popular and successful venue.

We reccomend prompt booking as our blocks of lessons rapidly sell out. If you are not successful in securing a space we maintain waiting lists to assist you in getting a place.

Swimming lessons are on sale in term long blocks - usually between 10 & 13 weeks in length. Each lesson costs less than £8.00 per half hour session, payable as a block.

Staff

Our Friendly Swimming Teachers & Lifeguards hold professional qualifications and are all checked through the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).

Join Us

Simply select the Stage you wish to join and complete the application process. We require the details of the student, emergency information and the parent/guardians contact details. Once you submit your details our staff will assess your application before offering you a place.

Multi Membership

If you are enroling more than one student, please complete them one at a time. You can add additional people to your account from the Your Membership page in the online portal.

Renewals

Existing students will get first refusal for the next block of swimming lessons. System users will receive priority renewal emails, online renewals will be fast and simple at a time to suit you. Existing Online Members to Renew

Approvals

All applications are subject to approval by our swimming staff. Incorrect applications may be amended or rejected. All applicants must be paid up members of Brinkburn CIO to be eligible to partipate in our Swim School.

Payment

Payment online is via VISA or Mastercard.

Payents by cash can only be made in person at the centre, following a manual application process.

There will be a delay to the processing of memberships paid in cash and electronic applications have precedence for securing places.

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of payment providing the lessons have not started.

Refunds are not normally available except in exceptional circumstances and will only available by written applicaton to the Centre Management.

An adminsitration fee of £5 will apply to any refunds to cover the transaction costs. Please note that Membership fees are non-refundable.

Accessibility

If you cannot use this system our staff will assist you in ensuring your information is correct and your applications are submitted correctly. We still accept enrolment in person at reception during opening hours.
